Organic Tamarind

Farm Stories' Organic Tamarind is grown locally and chemical-free. Tamarind is a tropical fruit popular in south Asian countries. The fruit is pod-like with seeds indside surrounded by paste-like pulp, which contains a tart and sour flavour. 

It is a great souring in Indian and other south Asian cuisines. 

Rich in Fibre and has very little fat content. It prevents building bad cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. It is also gut-friendly as it is rich in Tartaric Acid.
