Himalayan Red Rice

How to cook Himalayan Red Rice?

Farm Stories' Natural Himalayan Red Rice which is grown in foothills of the Himalayan Mountains in India is a short-grain aromatic rice owing its name to rosy russet hue of the bran that is left on the grain ( which also gives it its significant nutritional benefit - fibre)

High in fibre, it is equally healthy and delicious to eat and finds it way into pulaos, salads and is a great healthy alternative to white rice in Indian and continental cooking!
